The Lionesses come into the match high on confidence after their dramatic extra-time victory over Spain in the quarter-finals. Sweden, meanwhile, are bidding for their first trophy since the 1984 Euros - when they beat England on penalties! The winner is playing Germany or France in the final on Sunday at Wembley Stadium.
