One family in Gloucestershire has a vision of collaboration for the future of their farm. Helen and Sam Wade run Eastleach Downs Organic Farm with 50 saddleback pigs fed entirely from the farm’s home grown proteins. Their landlord is an education charity, The Ernest Cook Trust, who are supportive of Helen’s novel idea of sharing the land. Kate Clark has been to find out more.
