Vocational options after GCSEs

CWR Breakfast with Phil Upton

Available for over a year

After you do your GCSEs you have to stay in some form of education. The three main options are college courses like A-Levels, BTECs, or NVQs- the other choice is an apprenticeship. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR's Richard Williams spoke to Marc Hornby who runs The Virgins and Castle Pub in Kenilworth- where they take on apprentices and Burhan Ahmed, who you may remember from Masterchef, who now runs his own company, and his culinary career all began when he did a college course when he was 16.
