The Full Monty was directed by Peter Cattaneo and released by Fox Searchlight Pictures and had a UK premiere at the UCI cinema at Crystal Peaks in Sheffield in August 1997. Twenty five years on Toby Foster spoke to Glyn Rhodes who runs the Sheffield Boxing Centre which was used as the school in the film and to Ann Bentley who was behind the bar in final scene shot at Shiregreen Working Mens Club. Plus Madelynne Flack went out to the job centre which featured in the film to ask people there what they thought of The Full Monty and what it did for Sheffield?
