In June, 16-year-old Kayleigh Burns died at a friend’s house in Stratford shortly after taking nitrous oxide, since then, the friend has launched a petition to make it illegal for those under 21 to buy it. Millie Lane is 19 and from Stratford, Kayleigh was at Millie's house when it happened, Phil Upton spoke to Millie about her experience as she warns other people her age ‘Its not worth it’.
