ECC leader Cllr Kevin Bentley reacts to the Chancellor's mini-Budget, which included the introduction of low-tax investment zones across the UK, a reversal of the rise in national insurance and reductions in taxes for businesses. Cllr Bentley tells ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Essex that our county will be home at "at least one" of the low-tax investment zones, and the authority is in discussion with the government about how they will work and what they will mean for the people of Essex.
