Hutton sketches return to Coventry

Vic Minett

Available for over a year

Coventry Cathedral's iconic screen depicting saints and angels was designed by John Hutton. It took him 10 years to carve the 66 figures on the 70ft (21m) high West Screen entrance elevation. The sketches of his designs are now returning to Coventry thanks to a fundraising appeal by Friends of Coventry Cathedral. Martin Williams has been chatting to Vic about bringing them back.
