Debbie from Chelmsford tells ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Essex that she will have to keep working past her retirement age in order to keep paying her rent and other bills. It comes as housing charity Shelter conducts a survey of 2,000 renters and found that more than a quarter of over-55s are behind on their rent or struggling to pay.
