Available for over a year

Young journalist Dorothy Lawrence, who grew up in Salisbury, made it to the trenches in World War One by disguising herself as a man. Her story is told by Barbara Evans from the 'Her Salisbury Story' project and Alice Maddicott from Salisbury Museum to reporter Sophie Parker.
