Shruti Chauhan

Available for over a year

Leicester band 'Deco' know all about the power of social media, with their 80s style mash up tracks going viral since they started posting them during covid lockdown. Their online presence is so prolific that they've been invited to parliament to talk with MP's about the toxicity of social media and the Online Safety Bill. Their latest song 'Everybody Wants To Be Somebody Else' features lyrics reflecting the negative impact social media often has. Frontman Max Kendall explains what they hope to get across to politicians when they visit parliament.
