With a Netball World Cup this summer and the Quad series just around the corner, all eyes are on the England squad. The first game of the Quad series is against Australia - a big test for England as they look to start the year on a high. It's taking place at the International Convention Centre in Cape Town, the same venue that will host the Netball World Cup later this year. England Netball and Loughborough Lightning star Beth Cobden is injured and is ruled out of the Quad series, but tells Summaya Mughal of the hard work it takes to get the team in shape.
