'Mouldy house is not what you want to call home'.

Ben Prater

Available for over a year

Lucy Tilley, her 5 year old daughter and partner Phil White moved into the flat run by Stonewater housing association in October. When the weather turned colder the extent of the problem became apparent. They believe the mould has been caused by a leak in the roof, a faulty boiler, and a damaged double glazing unit. Although they've repeatedly raised it, they say nothing's been done to fix the problems. In a statement Stonewater told us it's visited five times to investigate and carry out necessary repairs. It says it apologises for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused and it's doing its best to fix the issues as quickly as possible.
