Coventry City of Culture Trust is facing severe financial difficulties. The Trust responsible for delivering Coventry's City of Culture year and it's legacy programme, has been working with many arts organisations in the city, some of which are still owed money. Nicola Richardson from Vortex Creates and Sarah Worth from Highly Sprung Performance Company worked with the trust during Coventry's City of Culture year and have been speaking to Phil Upton about it.
