An umbrella body for dozens of charities that help vulnerable people in Northern Ireland says mass redundancies are just days away with their EU funding ending on Friday, March 31st. The UK government has yet to announce how it will replace the £40 million pounds the organisations received from the European Social Fund. Edyth Dunlop is from the Northern Ireland Union of Supported Employment. It represents a range of groups including Mencap, Disability Action, Action Mental Health and the Now Group which trains and supports people with disabilities to find employment. Edyth spoke to Joel on the Good Morning Ulster programme.
