The internet is great at recognising most languages – but not all of them. Chenai Chair works for the tech non-profit the Mozilla Foundation, based in Harare, Zimbabwe. She speaks to Shiona McCallum about the work the Foundation is doing to make digital services more inclusive – including training it to better recognise minority African languages.
