President Biden's trip to the south of Ireland is very much a family-orientated affair. Yesterday he commenced the second leg of his tour to the island of Ireland, arriving to greet distant cousins in Carlingford and Dundalk. One of those is a distant cousin, Eamonn Thornton, who has previously met Joe Biden in 2016. Mr. Thornton spoke to Good Morning Ulster about the frenetic preparations that have been underway, including his own white Berlingo van which is bedecked with a very homely message for the President: "From Whitestown, Co. Louth to the White House."
