Ivan Murray-Smith has a strange hobby - he challenges traffic and parking charges. He says he's taken on more than 2,000 cases for people over the years and doesn't take any money for his trouble. Now a Conservative councillor in Great Yarmouth, he says he does it "mostly for the fun of winning the cases".
