'Smile for Joel' founder receives MBE

The Smile for Joel Charity supports the families of victims of murder and terrorism and was set up by Suzy and Owen Richards from Wednesbury, who lost 3 members of their family in the 2015 Tunisia Terror Attack. Our presenter Daz Hale was hosting the Run for Joel event at Sandwell Valley Country Park.
