Top chef Calum Franklin says Norfolk should be proud of its plough pudding. Dubbed the "king of pies" by Jamie Oliver, Calum came across the suet and pork recipe while researching the history of regional pies. He plans to compile a list of all the dishes he discovers because "the rest of the word wants to know about British pie making".
