'The British festival scene is fantastic and we wanted to be a part of it'
Ben Jackson on ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio LeicesterAvailable for over a year
Leicestershire's 'Noisily Festival' was created by two friends, originally from Scotland, who found a mutual love of parties, with fun and silliness at the very heart of their relationship. Lachie Gordon and Robbie Parry's interests led them to working together on events at the tender age of 21, before meeting the other founders of 'Noisily' which in turn led to the beginnings of their annual festival. This year's event gets underway in just a few weeks at Barkestone Wood, near Belvoir Castle, and the festival's co-founders Lachie and Robbie explain to Ben Jackson what's going to be happening this year, and how they came up with the idea.
