A Rutland woman who had set herself the unusual feat of learning to ride a unicycle to raise money for charity has completed her challenge. Caroline Stafford was a complete novice at unicycling but wanted to try something out of the ordinary to raise funds for a charity called 'From Me to You'. Her hard work training paid off as she achieved the 3 mile challenge she set herself at the weekend on her unicycle at Rutland water. So far her efforts have raised almost £2,500 for the 'From Me to You' charity which inspires people to write letters to those living with cancer. Caroline has been telling Ben Jackson that she now wants to set herself a new goal.
