Sadie hears from Colchester karate sensei at the SD School of Martial Arts, Sean Dolyand. His son Lewis Doyland won gold at the WUKF 2023 World Championship in Dundee. Club members Joshua de Brito and Harrison Langham both picked up medals at the event too. The championships featured 1,900 competitors across five continents and 62 federations.
