Merlin Griffiths is the king of cocktails who's perhaps best known as the barman at Channel 4's 'First Dates'. He's normally the first port of call for nervous diners arriving at the 'First Dates' restaurant, putting them at ease before their date arrives. Merlin has been a bartender and mixologist for more than 20 years and away from the tv cameras runs his own bar and restaurant. He's also one of ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Leicester's judges for this year's 'Make a Difference Awards' - judging the nominees in the Great Neighbour category. Ady Dayman asks Merlin what he's looking most forward to for the awards which are taking place at Athena in Leicester on Sunday 4th September.
