How often do cars park on the pavement where you live? And are you reliant on the pavement to park outside your house? A survey commissioned by the charity Guide Dogs found over 80% of people knew pavement parking is dangerous for those who were visually impaired. Our reporter Jo Burn has been out on the streets of an East Kent village where the problem of pavement parking is particularly bad.
