A redevelopment in Folkestone is facing a backlash from locals who've compared designs to looking like the Flintstones town of Bedrock. Nearly 10,000 people have now signed the petition to block the development of the new homes. The first phase of the work has been completed and the flats make quite a curious noise when the wind picks up. Michael Keohan and Anna Cookson report.
