Supporters Trust lodges official complaint

Available for over a year

Hear why Worcester Warriors Supporters Trust have filed a complaint against the club's administrators, Begbies Trainor, to the Insolvency Service. Marcus Mulcahy tells Tammy Gooding they feel the Atlas bid was "doomed to failure" and that the preferred bidders were not properly investigated. Begbies Trainor in a statement said that "if a complaint has been submitted then we will respond to our regulator accordingly. We are fully satisfied that we have complied with our statutory duties under the Insolvency Act 1986 and in our position as officers of the court."
