The Basingstoke trio crawling up Ben Nevis for charity

Available for over a year

Alex, Adam and Mark each have their own personal reason for wanting to raise money for charities supporting men’s mental health. Those reasons have driven the trio to take on an unusual fundraising challenge. On Monday 16th October they are crawling - rather than walking - up Ben Nevis, the UK’s highest mountain. Ahead of this challenge, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire’s Alice Hopkins spoke to Alex, Adam and Mark about their reasons for taking it on – and how you train to climb more than four thousand feet on your hands and knees.
