On the 10th October, it was World Mental Health awareness day and world homelessness day. A day to talk about mental health and how much mental health matters. The theme this year highlights, ‘mental health is a universal human right’. To hear more of the personal stories of these issues, Cad Taylor caught up with Donovan from Ipswich to hear about his own challenges with both homelessness and mental health also in the lens of his black heritage.
