There can't be many people who don't have a favourite Disney film. It's a brand we've all grown up with - thanks to iconic characters like Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse and classic films like The Lion King and The Jungle Book - as well as its theme parks, theatre shows, computer games and streaming services. The company was founded a hundred years ago today when a young illustrator called Walt Disney and his brother Roy created the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio in Hollywood, California. Film expert Matt Rule-Jones told us the secret behind the magic.
