"I quit uni and became Henley's youngest gin maker"

Available for over a year

Recently, it’s been a bit of a whirlwind for one Berkshire gin producer. The Henley Distillery was opened two years ago by Jacob Wilson, who is one of the youngest Master Distillers in the country. They’ve had a lot of recognition since that launch – and recently were honoured at this year’s Great Taste Awards. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Berkshire’s Sarah Walker chats to Jacob about how an ultimatum from his parents made him quit university and focus on his passion for creating drinks.
