We've been asking you to nominate those people who go the extra mile to help others with sport in their local community. You have until October 30th to nominate someone you know for the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ East Midlands Unsung Hero Award. The winner gets to join the Sports Personality of the Year Show just before Christmas. We have a proud record here in Leicestershire of taking home the main award at the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Sports Personality of the Year Ceremony in December. We won Unsung Hero in 2012 and in 2014, and Denise Larrad from Hinckley took home the National Award in 2017. She joined Ady Dayman to tell him more about what it was like.
