Wiltshire's Police and Crime Commissioner Philip Wilkinson has admitted people may have died because of the force's failure to reveal information about potentially abusive partners. Wiltshire Police failed to disclose information under Clare's Law, a scheme set up to give people the power to find out from police if their partner has a violent past.
