A group of women gathered in Highfields in Leicester, in order to get fit, healthy and get some exercise. It was part of Leicester City in the Community’s exercise to music Active Women sessions. But this session was a little different; they were joined by LCFC Women players Aimee Palmer and Remy Siemsen. Khush Sameja went along to find out more.
