Agile working became prevalent during the height of Covid-19 but figures now show that eight in 10 workers in England and Scotland plan to continue these working arrangements.  Dr Laura Reeves is a Leadership and Management researcher at the University of Suffolk and has been awarded a grant to find out what sort of effect it is having on how companies are managed. Sarah Lilly had a chat with Laura about the research.
