When you hear the word 'Bodybuilding', it might conjure up thoughts of honed bodies like Arnold Schwarzenegger posing and flexing their muscles. But is there more to it than that, and what actually happens at a bodybuilding competition, and in particular, a natural one? The World Natural Bodybuilding Federation Championships take place in Seattle in the USA, and on Team GB is one of our own. Stevie Burke from Liverpool is a teacher who has been bodybuilding for nearly 20 years. He spoke with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Merseyside's Helen Jones before heading heading out to the States.
