Six weeks ago a homeless charity in Shrewsbury had to close its doors. Antisocial behaviour in and around the Ark in Castle Foregate had been getting out of hand - with brawls, serious injuries, and police intervention. Trustees felt radical change was needed and since closing they've been speaking to other homeless charities, and changing the way the centre looks and works.
