Did you know that only one in five engineers working in the bus industry are women? At Oxford Bus Company's Cowley depot, there's only one: nineteen-year-old Mercedes Goodhall. Mercedes is on a three-year apprenticeship with the company, and she's encouraging others with an interest in the field to do the same.
