A4103 road collision suspect ‘fled to Texas’

An American man is wanted by police after leaving the UK following a car crash in Herefordshire which left a nurse unable to walk. 56-year-old Elizabeth Donowho, who's from Malvern, has been off work since the collision on the A4103 near Shucknall in July. Isaac Calderon has been charged in connection with the crash - but left the country before his court appearance. Elizabeth now has to wait to see if he can be made to return to face the charges, as she's been telling our reporter Kevin Reide. West Mercia Police says a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Isaac Calderon and the force is engaging with his solicitor to inform him of the need to return to the UK.
