Essex javelin world champion Fatima Whitbread is honoured at the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Sports Personality of the Year with the Helen Rollason Award. Fatima spent the first 14 years of her life in children's homes after she was abandoned as a baby, and the Helen Rollason Award recognises outstanding achievement in the face of adversity.
