Nick Porter from High Garrett has built a ‘speed camera’ disguised as a bird box to deter speeding motorists in the village. Braintree District Council told the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ it had not received a planning application or any enforcement inquiries in relation to the imitation camera, and was unable to say if the structure required planning permission or not without viewing it first.
