Joel Munday from Tedburn St Mary started busking aged 12 "every Saturday, regardless of the weather". He's one of 11 musicians to have been awarded a prestigious new scholarship from the London Symphony Orchestra (LSO). He spoke with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Devon's John Acres.
