Rise in abandoned XL bully dogs

Without a certificate of exemption, it will be unlawful to own an XL bully type as of February 1. It comes as the breed have been connected to a number of fatal attacks. Anita Twigger of Pawprints Animal Rescue in Rugby, spoke to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR's Phil Upton on the impact this ban will have on animal shelters similar to her own.
