The Our Jay Foundation is a charity set up by Warwickshire Mum Naomi Rees Issitt, who lost her son Jamie after suffering a cardiac arrest. Since then, she's raised funds for over 100 accessible defibrillators across the UK. Now the charity has its own song, written and produced by one of our ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Introducing artists J Lanez.
