An Oxford in-person support group is one of only two in the UK helping people who struggle with addictive behaviour around the internet. Digital addiction isn't recognised by the NHS or the World Health Organisation. We've been talking to people who say their extreme use of tech and the internet is having a destructive impact on their life.
