Oxford parking levy could drive teachers away

Available for over a year

If you drive into Oxford for work, here's everything you need to know about the County Council's plans for a Workplace Parking Levy, because it could cost you an extra 600 quid a year! The proposal would see organisations in the city, with 11 or more staff parking spaces, getting charged between 400 to 600 pounds-per-space, every year. There are concerns it will make it even harder for schools in Oxford to recruit teachers. ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Oxford’s Political Reporter Olivia Wilson explains more.
