West Berkshire councillor Biyi Oloko has lived in the area for more than twenty years. He says the Royal Berkshire Hospital wrongly asked him to pay for NHS treatment. He believes assumptions were made about his name and accent. The hospital has since apologised and is investigating. Bridgitte Tetteh finds out more.
