Basildon cyber-flasher is sentenced

A 39-year-old from Basildon has become the first person in England and Wales to be jailed for "cyber-flashing". Nicholas Hawkes was convicted last month of sending unsolicited explicit photos to a 15-year-old girl and a woman.
