Sherborne Abbey boasts a world-famous ring, with eight bells cumulatively weighing nearly eight tonnes, the heaviest being the formidable tenor bell at 2.3 tonnes. Tim Phillips is the tower captain at Sherborne Abbey who invited ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Solent's Steve Harris and Harry Kille-Smith to the belfry for a tour of the tower and a lesson in ringing.
