Celebrity hat maker returns to Louth to open shop

A milliner who's made hats for Queen Elizabeth II and Madonna has returned to his home town of Louth to open a new shop. Ian Bennett grew up in the Lincolnshire town before moving to London to study at the Royal College of Art. He ran a bespoke millinery in the capital for many years, but decided to return to Louth and set up there when the lease on his shop expired.
