The mother of a teenage boy who died after a car crash, is calling for more restrictions to be placed on new drivers to protect young people on the road. Billy Robinson from Hampshire, died from the catastrophic injuries he suffered after a car crash in September 2021. Billy’s Mum Sam has spoken to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ correspondent Nikki Mitchell.
